Find out who is drifting away while there's still time to talk

Students rarely announce they are leaving. They miss a lesson, then two, and the package runs out. Every night Lessora checks attendance, absences in a row, balances and upcoming lessons and lists the students who show the signs, with the reasons.

Make-up lessons

A missed lesson finds its make-up in seconds

When a student misses a lesson for a good reason, Lessora looks through the school's other groups of the same course and suggests where they can catch up: the same unit, a free seat, a similar time and no clash with their own lessons.

Group matching

Put a new student in the right group the first time

A new enquiry asks for evening English at B1. Instead of scrolling through groups, the manager opens "Find a group" and sees every group of that course ranked by level, times that suit the person, free seats and how far the group is into the course.

New group planning

Open the groups people are already waiting for

Lessora reads the waiting list, the leads who asked for a course and their free times, and proposes groups worth opening: the days and time most of them can make, a teacher who is free then and the expected size. You create the group as a draft and send the offer to the people on the list.

Schedule repair

A teacher is off for a week. The plan is ready before your coffee

Pick the teacher and the days, and Lessora builds one plan for every lesson they touch: a substitute who teaches the subject, is free at that hour and ideally covers the whole week for the same group. You review the plan, change any line and apply it in one go.

Careful with student data

  • Risk lists are seen by owners and managers only, never by teachers or students.
  • Each school's suggestions come from its own data. Nothing is pooled across schools.
  • A school can switch the risk list off in its settings, and the scores are deleted.
  • Data stays in the EU, as with the rest of Lessora.
