Using the schedule

Schedule shows lessons by Day, Week, Month or as a List. Phones open the list by default.

• Filter by teacher, group, course, room, student or status, and colour lessons by course or teacher. Managers can switch between their own lessons and the whole school.
• Click a lesson to see who comes, the room or link, and to report, move or cancel it.
• Managers can drag a lesson to another time on a computer; the change is confirmed before it is saved and everyone affected is told.
• Download .ics saves the lessons on screen as a calendar file.
• Cancel lessons in a period cancels every scheduled lesson between two dates, for example during a strike or illness.

Trial lessons show with a dashed border and open their own page.

Tip To have lessons in your phone's calendar all the time, use the calendar link under Settings → Calendar.
