Dashboard and reports

The Dashboard is different for each role: managers see today's lessons, key numbers against the previous period, alerts, recent payments and low balances; teachers their day and the month's lessons and hours; students their next lesson, balance and receipts.

Reports (managers) covers revenue, attendance, teacher activity, balances, students, groups, discount codes, the leads funnel and the lessons log. Choose a period (this week, this month, last month, this quarter or your own dates) and filters, then Export to CSV or XLSX. Each number has a short definition.

Teachers see the attendance, teacher activity and lessons log reports for their own lessons only.
