Leads and the trial lesson form

Updated October 1, 2026

A lead is someone interested in your school who isn't a student yet. Open Leads to see them on a board by status (New, Contacted, Trial booked, Trial done, Student, Lost) or as a table, with filters by status, source and who looks after them.

Where leads come from:

  • The trial lesson form at your school's address followed by /trial (shown at the top of Leads). Put the link on your website or social media. Visitors leave their name, email or phone, what they want to learn, their level and when suits them. You get a notification for each request.
  • Add lead for calls and walk-ins.

On a lead's page: assign it, set Follow up on (you're reminded that morning), add notes, change the status (Lost needs a reason), book a trial lesson, and Make a student when they sign up.

Turn the form on or off, set its consent text per language and how long leads are kept under School settings → Lessons and balances → Trial lessons and leads. Lost and inactive leads are erased automatically after that time; Erase lead removes one at once if someone asks.
