The student's page

Open Students and choose a name. The page has tabs:

• Overview: contacts, guardian, groups and next lessons, and a strip of numbers: lessons attended (all time and this month), attendance rate, absences with and without notice, lessons left per course, an estimate of weeks left, total paid, average spend per month, first and last lesson, days since the last lesson and the number of groups. Hover the small i next to a number to see how it is counted.
• Notes: private notes for managers and notes shown to teachers. If the student came from a lead, the lead and its trial lessons are here too.
• Documents: contracts, placement tests, certificates.
• Activity: every change to this person, with who made it.

From the page you can also open the balance, record a payment, add the student to a group, edit, archive or erase.
