Charging rules and teacher permissions

Under School settings → Lessons and balances you decide how lessons are counted:

• Attendance: present is always charged; choose whether late, absent with notice and absent without notice take a lesson too. The notice time is a guide for teachers.
• Balances: allow lessons when the balance runs out (it goes below zero until the next top-up), the low balance warning, and the limit that raises an alert.
• Lessons: default length and group size, how far ahead lessons are planned, how long teachers can edit a report, and when an unreported lesson raises an alert.
• What teachers can do: see students' contacts or balances, move their own lessons, add extra lessons, waive a single charge with a reason.

Changes apply from now on; reports already saved keep their charges.
