Notifications and emails

The app tells people about what concerns them: lesson changes, reminders before lessons, report reminders for teachers, payments and receipts, low balances, absences, top-up requests, trial requests and follow-ups, and more. They arrive in the bell at the top and, for most, by email in the person's language.

Under Settings → Notifications everyone can turn some of them off, by email or in the app. Messages about money, account and lesson changes always arrive.

Schools set the reminder time, report reminders, the managers' daily summary and copies to guardians of young students under School settings. Students without an email address can't log in; if a guardian's email is set, the guardian gets the copies.
