Your data: export and deletion

Anyone can download what the school holds about them. Open Settings → Your data and choose Prepare the file. We email you a link to a ZIP file with your profile, lessons, balance history, payments and receipts; it works for seven days.

To have your data deleted, ask from the same page. The school's managers decide, because the school keeps payment records by law.

Owners can export all of the school's data, or delete the school, under School settings → School data.
