Courses, packages and rooms
Updated October 1, 2026
A course is what you teach, such as English B1. It has a default lesson length, group size and price per lesson.
Packages belong to a course: a number of lessons for a price, such as 10 lessons. Students buy packages, and each reported lesson uses one lesson of their balance in that course. A package can expire a set number of days after payment.
Rooms are where lessons happen: a classroom with its capacity, or an online room with a meeting link that students see shortly before the lesson.
