First steps for a new school

Your school is ready as soon as you sign up. The dashboard shows a checklist; this order works well:

1. School settings: check the name, contact details, language, time zone and currency.
2. Courses: add what you teach, with the price of a lesson and the packages students buy (for example 10 lessons).
3. Rooms: add classrooms, or an online room with its meeting link.
4. Teachers and Students: add people; each gets an email invitation to set a password.
5. Groups: create a group for a course, choose the teacher, add students and set the weekly schedule.
6. Payments: record the first payment; the lessons appear on the student's balance.

Tip The checklist disappears once every step is done.
