Who can do what: owner, manager, teacher, student

Everyone in the school has one or more roles:
| Role | Can |
|---|---|
| Owner | everything a manager can, plus the plan and billing, school data and deletion, online payments, and adding or removing managers |
| Manager | run the school: people, courses, groups, schedule, payments, balances, reports, leads, teacher pay and settings |
| Teacher | see their own groups and schedule, report their lessons and trial lessons, see their own reports |
| Student | see their lessons and balance, say they can't come, top up, download receipts |
Some teacher rights depend on the school: whether they may move their own lessons, add extra lessons, see students' contacts or balances, waive a charge and see their earnings. Set these under School settings → Lessons and balances.
Give or remove a role on the person's page. Only the owner can make someone a manager, and the owner can hand the school over to an active manager.
