Finding your way around

The menu on the left (or More at the bottom on a phone) shows only what your role can use. A few things are always at the top right:

• View as: if you have more than one role, for example owner and teacher, switch between them here. The menu and the dashboard follow the role you pick.
• Language: the app speaks English, Polish, German, Ukrainian and Spanish; your choice is saved for you.
• Notifications (the bell): new messages from the school and the app. The number shows how many are unread.
• Your avatar: settings, Help, What's new, Contact support (owners and managers), Cookie settings and Log out.

Tip On a phone the four most used pages sit in the bar at the bottom; everything else is under More.
