Recording payments and receipts

Open Payments and choose Record payment: pick the student, the course and a package (or a number of lessons), the amount and how they paid. The lessons go onto the student's balance at once and a numbered receipt is issued. Receipts can be downloaded as PDF from Receipts and, if your school settings say so, are emailed to the student.

A bank transfer that hasn't arrived yet can be recorded as awaiting; mark it paid when it does. Refunds are made from the payment and remove the matching lessons.
