Correcting a balance, moving lessons and refunds
Updated October 1, 2026
Open the student's balance (from their page or Payments). Every change is recorded with who made it and why.
- Correct balance adds or removes lessons without a payment, for example a free make-up lesson. Use a minus sign to remove lessons, and always give a reason.
- Move to another course moves lessons from one course to another, one for one, keeping their value.
- Charge unpaid lessons takes lessons that were attended while the balance was empty from a new top-up.
- Refund a payment from Payments: the whole payment or part of it, with how many lessons to take back (proposed for you) and a reason. A refund receipt is made. A payment recorded by mistake can be voided the same day.
Past entries are never changed or deleted; a correction is always a new entry.
