Top-up requests: paying by cash or bank transfer
Updated October 1, 2026
Students can ask for lessons themselves, even when the school doesn't take card payments.
For students: open My balance and choose Top up. Pick the course, a package or a number of lessons, and how you'll pay: online (if the school offers it), cash at the school or bank transfer. For a transfer you'll see the school's bank account and the transfer title to use. Your request shows as waiting until the school confirms it, and you can cancel it until then.
For managers: requests appear at the top of Payments, with the number in the menu; filter To confirm. Confirm payment when the money is there: you can adjust the package, the number of lessons or the amount first. The lessons are added and the receipt is sent. Reject asks for a reason, which the student sees.
A student can have up to three open requests at a time.
