Teacher pay
Updated October 1, 2026
Teacher pay works out what each teacher earned in a month from the lessons they gave. It doesn't pay anyone: use it for your own payroll or accountant.
Rates: open Rates and add a rate for a teacher: per lesson, per hour or a share of what the lesson earned from students' balances. A rate can apply to everything the teacher teaches, to one course or to one group; the group rate wins over the course rate, which wins over the general one. A new rate from a date ends the previous one the day before, so earlier months keep the old rate.
The month: pick the month to see each teacher's lessons, hours and total. Click a teacher to see every lesson with the rate used. Lessons with No rate are shown, not counted as zero: add the missing rate. Add a Bonus or deduction with a reason. Export to CSV or XLSX.
Closing a month freezes the amounts. If a lesson in a closed month changes later, the difference appears as a correction in the next open month.
Which lessons count is set under School settings → Lessons and balances → Teacher pay: lessons where nobody came, lessons cancelled at short notice, and whether teachers see their own earnings.
